University of Utah Club Swim (UUCS) is classified as a nonprofit organization and is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).

UUCS has been determined to be a public charity and is qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devices, transfers, and gifts.
